1. How do I get a telephone number for a specific store?

We are unable to provide store telephone numbers, for a couple of reasons. Most importantly, our company founders long ago established the philosophy that in-store customer service contact is superior to telephone communication, in nearly all circumstances. On request, our stores are able to provide customers with the corporate contact information, including a telephone number. Likewise, in circumstances when a customer desires to talk with someone and is unable to visit a store, the company website provides Corporate contact information as well as e-mail addresses. This Rugged Wearhouse store telephone number policy is part of what allows us to bring our customers the absolute lowest prices on their favorite merchandise.

2. How can I find out if you have a specific brand, item, size, color?

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to provide responses to specific merchandise inquiries. As our shoppers know, we are a unique business and merchandise assortment varies significantly from store to store, and season to season. Our customers always find a fresh and exciting experience, with fashion and brand name merchandise at the lowest possible prices, each and every visit. 4. What is your return policy?

  • Merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase date with an original receipt and store tags affixed in original form may be returned for a full cash/credit refund (determined by original transaction), exchange or store credit.
  • Merchandise returned after 14 days of purchase date with an original receipt and store tags affixed in original form may be returned for store credit or the opportunity to exchange for like-type, identical, or similar items.
  • Merchandise returned without a receipt and store tags affixed in original form may be returned for store credit or the opportunity to exchange for like-type, identical, or similar items determined at the current selling price at the time of the return.
  • Clearance merchandise ending in .00 or .50, and swimwear, socks, and/or undergarments, are not accepted for return or exchange in most circumstances.

6. When do your stores get deliveries?

Our delivery schedule varies depending upon the time of the year and season. Typically, regardless of season, our stores receive deliveries at least 2 to 3 times per week … but, our associates stock the sales floor with new merchandise each and every day.
