1. How do I get a telephone number for a specific store?

We regret your inconvenience in not being able to contact our stores directly by telephone. We have a long-standing policy of maintaining the store telephone numbers as private and unlisted. Our company founders believe that in-store customer service contact is superior to telephone communication, in nearly all circumstances, that is why we welcome you to any of our stores- at any time.

2. How can I find out if you have a specific brand, item, size, color?

Our store merchandise varies daily at each store. As such, we do not provide responses to specific merchandise inquiries. The best way to find the merchandise you are looking for is to visit us often or sign-up for our rewards program.

4. What is your return policy?

At Rugged Wearhouse®, our customers are our priority! We want you to be happy with your purchases. We will gladly accept anything you didn't love.

You may return merchandise with a valid original receipt for a full refund in the form of the original tender or an exchange within 30 days. All items should be in new condition with tags attached.

Returns without a receipt, or past 30 days will receive in-store credit for the current selling price. Returns without a receipt may require valid picture ID(drivers license, state ID, military ID, or passport).

Swimwear and intimates items must have the tags attached for any exchange or refund.

Unfortunately, merchandise that has been used or worn cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.

Rugged Wearhouse® holds the right to limit the number of returns or to refuse a return based on our refund verification systems.

5. When do your stores get deliveries?

Our stores receive deliveries at 2 to 3 times per week and our Associates stock the sales floor with new merchandise each and every day. The best way to find the merchandise you are looking for is to visit us often.
