Our company founders believe that in-store customer service contact is superior to telephone communication, in nearly all circumstances, that is why we welcome you to any of our stores- at any time.
Our store merchandise varies daily at each store. As such, we do not provide responses to specific merchandise inquiries. The best way to find the merchandise you are looking for is to visit us often or sign-up for our rewards program.

During the holidays, we offer an extended return policy. For purchases made between 11/04/2016 and 12/24/2016 returns will be accepted until 1/24/2017.
You may return merchandise accompanied by a valid original receipt for a full refund in the form of the original tender OR exchange until 1/24/2017. All items must be in new condition with original tags attached.
Returns made without a receipt, or for purchases made or returned outside of the extended holiday timeframe (purchases made prior to 11/4/2016 and/or returned after 1/24/2017) , will receive in-store credit for the current selling price.
Returns without a receipt require a valid photo ID. All items must be in new condition.
Swimwear and intimates items must have the original tags attached for any exchange or return.
Unfortunately, merchandise that has been worn or used cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
Rugged Wearhouse reserves the right to limit the number of returns, or to refuse a return, based on our refund verification systems.
Our stores receive deliveries at 2 to 3 times per week and our Associates stock the sales floor with new merchandise each and every day. The best way to find the merchandise you are looking for is to visit us often.
