Type of Center: Regional, community, and power-anchored shopping centers in close proximity to an enclosed regional mall and/or in the synergy of numerous shopping centers and "big box" national retailers.
Tenant Mix: Grocery, discount anchor, apparel anchor, and traditional.
Parking: Six parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of retail space.
Signage: Storefront signage maximum permitted by local code in tenant's style, color, and font. Pylon sign panel on each shopping center pylon sign in tenant's style, color, and font.
Area of Operation: Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Delaware, Georgia, and Alabama.
Territory Sought: North Carolina, South Carolina, Delaware, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida (North), and Pennsylvania (East)
Population Density: Minimum of 75,000 customers within the trade area.
